Manging Surveyor to take commercial & contractual responsibility for the profitability on site for an Industrial project near to Walsall, Midlands. This project is in excess of 75 Million.
Do you have a track record on new build projects taking full commercial responsibility, with the Industrial sector? You will have the exposure to the Commercial Director, Owner & Operations Director, you will be becoming a key member of the Senior Management team.
Ideally this person will be based within the Midlands central belt due to the vast amount of work this contractor has on. One non-negotiable is being aware of the travel needs within the Industry. Being a Tier 1 Main Contractor, they are securing awards all over the UK and within Europe too. So, being open to travel is essential with out client.

- Cost Reports
- Sub Contract management
- Take Offs
- Tender Analysis
- Managing forecasts & cash flow
- Bills of Quants
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Degree Quantity Surveying
- Have good understanding of construction methodologies
- Have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- COINS Experience
- Computer literate with strongworking knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Excel.
- Must have a UK Residence and Eligible for employment
