Our client is seeking a Conversions Technical Sales Engineer to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love exceeding customer expectations, this role is for you! You’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge solutions and client needs, transforming enquiries into thriving container conversion projects.

The Role:

  • Pro-actively turning enquiries into successful projects
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, keeping our client at the forefront of their minds
  • Maximise profitable sales by following enquiries through to completion
  • Expertly manage the conversion pipeline, ensuring smooth sailing for all projects, internal and external
  • Continuously learn and share your expertise in the business
  • Support the Sales department and other colleagues whenever needed, fostering a collaborative spirit
  • Embrace training opportunities and constantly seek to expand your knowledge within the company

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • B2B sales experience with a focus on building strong customer relationships and driving sales
  • The ability to manage a sales pipeline, coordinate projects, and ensure successful completion
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical details and confidently present and negotiate
