Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Test Engineer to work in their leading facility in Walsall.
For the successful Test Engineer our client is offering:
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £15 per hour - Depending on experience
- Days based role - 7:45am-4:30pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays hours per week
- Temporary ongoing position within a thriving Manufacturing business, could lead to a Permanent role
- Overtime opportunities - x1.33 in the week and x1.5 on Saturdays
The Role - Test Engineer:
- Conduct Electrical Testing of a range of Control Panels
- Documenting results and communicating this internally
- Ensuring Panels/Electrical Products are being manufactured to correct standards
- Identifying faults with Panels
- Completing paperwork
- Working from diagrams
- Resolving issues with products where possible
What our client is looking for in a Test Engineer:
- Have experience in testing Control Panels - ESSENTIAL
- Able to work from schematic diagrams
- Our client is looking for somebody who has a qualification within Testing / Electrical Low Voltage as you will be working around Live products - ESSENTIAL
- Strong Electrical based knowledge
