Job Title: Water Hygiene / Legionella Administrator. Location: Walsall, West Midlands. Salary / Benefits £24k- £29k + Training + BenefitsA long standing and reputable Midlands based Water Hygiene / Legionella management company are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene / Legionella Administrator to join their established team. You will be responsible for booking in work for a mixed portfolio of clients as well as creating site specific schematic drawings for engineers, updating internal databases and assigning engineers to sites on a national scale. In return the client can offer long-term development within a successful and growing company, private healthcare, regular team events, and company pension scheme. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Walsall, Cannock, Lichfield, Strafford, West Bromwich, Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen.Experience & Qualifications: " Experience working for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company working within an administrative role. " Able to communicate efficiently, written and verbal. " Good IT skills, able to work on internal databases. " Excellent organisational skills. " Keen eye for detail. The Role:" Booking in and organising work for Water Hygiene, Legionella, and Remedial works for Healthcare, Educational, Local Authority, Commercial and Leisure clients. " Working on internal databases ensuring to enter data accurately." Ensuring to check reports prior to sending to clients. " Scheduling in confirmed work for site staff. " Liaising with clients and colleagues, providing support when required. " Raising invoices and reports upon completion of work. " Creating site specific schematic drawings for engineers. " Ensuring to deal with any issues efficiently. " Carrying out scanning, filing documents, answering phone calls / emails ensuring smooth day to day running of the office.
