Fabricator / Welder

Location: Walsall

Pay: £200 Umb PAYE

Contract: Long-term temporary contract, potential permanent role for exceptional candidates

Hours:

Mon-Thurs - 07:30 - 16:30

Fri - 07:00 - 16:00

The Fabricator/Welder is responsible for the manufacture of medium to heavy, temporary and permanent fabrication structures. Working from drawings supplied by the office team, and working to company process.

Complete audits as requested and contribute to the annual stock check. Working as part of the fabrications operations team and providing full operational support to all areas of the business.

Essential:

• Experience in medium to heavy fabrications and welding procedures - NVQ or equivalent
• Relevant CSCS card
• Safety Critical Medical
• First aid training
• Manual handling
• Water hygiene card
• UK Drivers License

Desirable:

• Pipefitting/welding experience
• SMSTS/SSSTS qualification
