E-ppl Ltd is a leading company in the automotive industry, providing Managed Services to OEMs within the UK and overseas. Our projects encompass a wide range of activities, from launch support projects to quality campaigns.
We are currently looking for an experienced Welder, for an exciting opportunity based in Walsall. We require proficient skills in welding using MIG. As an experienced Mig Welder, you will be working Vehicles doing heavy duty welding. This includes welding ballistic materials and great attention to detail. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required hold a Clean DBS.
Responsibilities:
- Welding / coded Welding.
- Coding Certificate
- An in-depth knowledge of welding standards, welding processes, welding techniques and their requirements.
- Carry out work within a realistic time, be this time either manufacturers, locally negotiated or a combination of both or by agreed schedules of work.
- Must supply own PPE including helmet.
Requirements:
- You will hold a recognised welding Apprenticeship to N/SVQ Level 3 as a minimum.
- Previous experience as a Mig Welder is essential.
- Experience welding materials such as Stainless Steel and Aluminium.
