Are you a Sales Administrator or similar looking for a long-term, stable, days-based role, with a regular 8-hour shift for a company that can provide all the relevant training and experience necessary to progress into a Wholesale Account Manager role?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company that sells memorial products and services to wholesale clients. With services include engraving, installation, and maintenance. Ensuring that each memorial meets the highest standards while delivering compassionate customer service.

This varied role will see you at the centre of the sales department, you will often be the first port of call for new business enquiries and the main point of contact for existing customers and their needs. You will be responsible for telephone and email enquiries, preparing and chasing quotations, renewing contracts and overall support for the sales team.

This role would suit a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Advisor or similar looking to join an established company that offer a regular Monday - Friday role day shift, with the opportunity to progress into a wholesale account manager role.

  • Telephone and Email Enquiries - New Business and Existing Clients
  • Preparing and Chasing Quotations
  • Contract Renewals
  • General Sales Administration and Sales Support
  • Monday to Friday (8:30-5:00 PM)
