Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insight to senior leadership.

Develop and implement strong financial controls and risk management strategies.

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance function.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to support business growth.

Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

As Financial Controller you will need:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or engineering.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing a team.
