Delivery Driver

We Staff are in partnership with a National Veterinary distribution service in Waltham Abbey, we are supporting them with our recruitment, for a van delivery driver to deliver animal medication and supplies to vets and farms.

Job Title: Delivery Van Driver B Class

Salary and Hourly rate: 13.28 to 14.88 per hour (40 hour paid week)

Overtime: 13.28 x 1.5 over 8 hours in a day

Annual Salary27,636.00 per year when full time

Shift PatternMonday to Friday 5.00 am to 3 to 4 pm (approx) NO BH or Weekends

Job Details:

• 22 average drops, locations, Luton, MK, Aylesbury, Bedford, Chelmsford and central London.
• Vehicle will be loaded by the driver with the help of the team, driver organises his plan and routes and the stock is double checked by the onsite supervisors.
• Driver must be aware that he is delivering control drugs and they are responsible for these items.
• Driver will complete a pre vehicle check prior to leaving the yard
• Delivery animal medical supplies to Vets, animal hospitals, farms and similar places. Locations could be remote or rural countryside locations.
