What you will do
As a Sous Chefyou will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Head Chef and leading the Kitchen team in providing an effective service in all food outlets for external and internal customers
- Work to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction
- Supervise all areas of the kitchen to ensure a consistent, high quality product is being produced at all times
- Ensuring compliance in the team with food handling and sanitation standards
- Train and develop the Kitchen team to enhance their knowledge and raise guest satisfaction
