We are searching for a commercial manager with experience in the construction industry dealing with repairs/disrepairs. You will be managing projects, conducting commercial reporting and be responsible for supply chain management.
Job Title: Commercial Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
Location: Waltham Abbey
Type: Permanent, Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through forecasting
- Control project costs
- Commercial reporting on contracts, forecasting and cost value reconciliations
- Ensure projects meet quality standards required in the contract
- Meet with clients to determine their needs
- Support the management team
- Supply chain management
- Responsible for progress review meetings with senior stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a commercial role within the construction sector
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong commercial skills
- Excellent and managing customer relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
