We Staff are in partnership, with a prestigious mattress supplier in North London, they have recently received the award of the best UK supplier at the National Beds Federations.

My client, is hiring an experienced sales account executive, to look after a selection of their regular clients. The responsibility of the SAE will be to over develop the client relationship to improve margin, turnover and all-round business relationships with the account.

  • Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 DOE (not commission based)
  • Annual holiday: 24 days plus 8 bank holiday
  • Company Pension, Group Life Cover and Benefits
  • Working Hours: Hours Mon- Thurs8am-5pm & Fri2.00pm finish
  • Location: Enfield with onsite parking

SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS

  • To maximize growth of sales within the business.
  • Ownership of area accounts, account planning and execution.
  • Source and generate leads for potential new business.
  • Understanding and analyzing account activity and sales history
  • Prepare quotations and follow up.
  • Full account management from, order bring received to completion
  • Attending company exhibitions or conferences in the UK
  • Site and service visit of clients as per the account requirements.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in the Marketing and PR
  • Primarily office based.

KEY SALES SKILLS AND ATTRBUTES OF S.A.E

  • Clear understanding of sales, servicing, margin and numbers
  • Previous experience of account management and effective sales techniques
  • Ability to connect with different personalities
  • Self driven to overdevelop clients and to up sale and introduce new products
  • Team player who goes the extra mile.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, in an open office environment
  • Independently work on your own initiative with tenacity & a drive to improve and succeed
  • Ability to analyse lost business and review opportunities to increase successful conversions.
  • Background in the bedding or soft furnishings industries would be advantageous but not critical.
  • Full UK driving license required.
