We have a vacancy for a full time general office administrator to join our busy, friendly building contractors and shopfitting company. This role is extremely varied and is office based only. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly organised person, based at our Head Office in Waltham Abbey, Essex.
- General Administrative Duties (answering telephone, Receptionist holiday cover)
- Assisting with Tenders
- Maintaining schedules
- Credit account applications
- Maintaining and ordering supplies for office & site machinesÂ
- Raising contract job numbers
- EVOMx Document management
- Signing off invoices on EVOMx
- Typing / sending out letters (email and post)
- Updating lists
- Updating client and system portals
- Assisting with Health & Safety admin
Skills required:
Computer literate - Microsoft package – proficient with emails
Good communication skills
Good literacy skills
Polite telephone manner
Prompt time keeping
Must be:

Office Hours:Â Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm
Salary: Negotiable TBA – depending on skills/experience
Annual leave:Â 28 days rising to 33 days including Bank Holidays after one full year of service.
Company Pension after 3 months / Group Life Scheme after 6 months of service
