Contracts Manager

We require a skilled and knowledgeable contracts manager for our client based in Enfield. This company provides a top notch service to social housing organizations operating on their Wet Room / Disabled Adaptation Contracts.

Duties

• Liaise and keep in contact with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients
• Provide an excellent representation of the company and to build a good working relationship with clients
• Update client to progression
• Liaise with planning team
• Provide operational, financial and general assistance to the rest of the department

Requirements

• A proven track record of excellent client service
• Knowledge on Wet Room installations / disabled adaptations
• Knowledge on Planned Works
• Knowledge of the social housing market
• Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Drivers License
