We require a skilled and knowledgeable contracts manager for our client based in Enfield. This company provides a top notch service to social housing organizations operating on their Wet Room / Disabled Adaptation Contracts.
Duties
- Liaise and keep in contact with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients
- Provide an excellent representation of the company and to build a good working relationship with clients
- Update client to progression
- Liaise with planning team
- Provide operational, financial and general assistance to the rest of the department
Requirements
- A proven track record of excellent client service
- Knowledge on Wet Room installations / disabled adaptations
- Knowledge on Planned Works
- Knowledge of the social housing market
- Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Drivers License
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £55,000.00 per year
