We are currently looking for an experienced M&E Estimator to join our team.
Brith Services Ltd is a family run Mechanical Sub-Contractor based in Waltham Abbey.
As the M&E Estimator you will work within an established estimating team preparing mechanical estimate of values from 拢100,000 to 拢5m.
The position is open to range of experience and will be reflected on the salary on offer depending on experience.

The duties and responsibilities of the M&E Estimator include:
路 Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard.
路 Review project drawings and specifications to determine the overall cost.
路 Obtain competitive and accurate quotations from mechanical specialists.
路 Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering options.
路 Liaising with other members of the estimating team and project managers to understand project requirements.
路 Carry out estimates using electronic packages.
路 Develop working relationships with in-house and external design consultants, main contractors, and clients to establish communication paths.
Requirements for this position:
路 Experience on Trimble estimating software.
路 Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
路 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
路 Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
路 Excellent communication and social skills
路 Must be computer literate and competent.
Salary Package includes:
路 Pension
路 28 days holiday including bank holidays (with additional holiday after 5 years)
Monday to Friday - 08.00am - 5.00pm
