Cleaning Supervisor

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor for a large distribution site based in Waltham Abbey

This is a Permanent role starting immediately

This position will be working 40 hours per week working a 6am-2pm shift 5 days over 7

The salary is £27k per annum (£15 per hour)

The candidate will be an active member of the team, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on all tasks expected of a general cleaning operative.Duties will include:

• Direct supervision of cleaning staff within the distribution centre
• Managing staff on a shift by shift basis, this includes rotas staff training, sicknesses
• Auditing and spot checking staff throughout the shift
• Inducting new staff
• Maintain high levels of H&S compliance among workers
• Assign daily tasks
• Liaising with the Facilities manager to ensure the service is being met.

It is essential if candidates to have supervisory experience for this role, candidates without this will not be considered
