Our client is looking for a Plumber in East London/Essex, with a salary of up to £45k available, to complete plumbing installations, maintenance, and assist on mechanical construction projects across London.
Our client is a UK-leading multi-skilled M&E contractor that specialises in domestic and commercial construction projects across London and the surrounding areas, who have been operating for over 50 years and have an established workforce of over 300 people across multiple offices.
This role will report into our clients Essex office and will involve travelling to constructions sites across London and the surrounding areas to complete installations of temporary plumbing systems and permanent plumbing systems including mains water pipes, booster water systems, sprinkler mains, district heating pipes, and leak detection systems.
Plumber Job Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Blue Plumber CSCS card
- Experienced in completing commercial and domestic plumbing installations and maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Any domestic/commercial heating certificates highly desirable
- Based within a commutable distance of Essex/East London
Plumber Salary & Benefits
- Salary £42,000 - £45,000, negotiable depending on experience
- Company van and fuel card, with personal use available
- Additional training and development provided (IPAF, PASMA, etc)
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with no mandatory on call
- Company pension provided
- 28 day's holiday, including bank holidays
