- My client is a c.20m t/o construction main contractorwho specialise in projects for both public and private sector clients.
- Projects may include education (schools and universities), commercial, social housing and residential D&B, NHS and Care Homes projects.
- Projects range between 2-8m in value.
- Privately owned friendly collaborative team established for c20 years
- Financially secure with a busy pipeline of contracts
- Employee friendly, supportive of career growth, with a low staff turnover
Role Requirements
- Min 7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in main contracting
- Stable career history (i.e. not changing job every year) to demonstrate commitment to employers
- New Build/ Refurb or Fit Out experienced preferred
- Be able to travel to sites in London and M25 Centric
- Proactive, driven, financially astute Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager who will be able to manage the full accounting life-cycle of a project from inception to final accounts.
