Property Services Team Administrator

We are supporting a company based in Waltham Abbey with recruiting for a Property Services Team Administrator This is a full time, office based position with free parking. 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm) and a salary of 25k per annum.

This position will be within a Property Services Team overseeing the process of obtaining a CCJ. This is a partly client facing role (over the telephone and via email) whilst also dealing with solicitors. Although there is liaison with solicitors, it is not a requirement to have any litigation background, however any transferable knowledge and skills with this background would be an advantage.

Duties will include:
  • Responsible for liaising with solicitors and supporting clients throughout the pre-litigation process and other property related matters
  • Conducting affability and address checks
  • Logging and responding to tenant enquiries
  • Assist with billing process by processing inbound invoices from suppliers and solicitors
  • Conducting regular case reviews of accounts managed by the Business Teams
  • Data Entry of new instructions to the Case Management System (CMS)
You will be responsible for providing regular updates to management and providing ad-hoc administration support. Ideally you will have experience of using a CMS, along with proficiency in Microsoft functions. You must have excellent written skills, ideally with experience of working within a legal environment, although this is not essential.
