We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our core sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background in the HGV/LGV industry, who possesses good technical knowledge and thrives in a dynamic team environment. The position involves working closely with a dedicated team of 4 and interacting with a larger back-end team within a company that employs close to 1000 staff.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Field-based work pattern, with an office-based desk available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Optional Saturday work available at overtime rates.
- Engage directly with clients to promote and sell products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand tactics.
- Analyse market trends and sales data to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the HGV/LGV industry.
- Strong technical knowledge related to the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and bring creative solutions to the table.
- High energy and enthusiasm for meeting sales targets.
