The company in question are acting as principal contractor with responsibility for leading the full MEP and a large proportion of the CSA package across the multi-stage campus.
Reporting to a mechanical project manager you will have responsibility for managing a number of mechanical packages across a particular section of the scheme.
Role/Responsibilities:
Management of subcontractor labour
Attend site meetings
Progress reports
Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.
Health and safety
Review and amend RAMS
Snagging
Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
The project is due to run for 2027, with a very strong order book across sectors for many years to come. This is an opportunity to work on one of the most notable data centre in Europe, sign off to pay a very attractive salary, with a clear promotion path to project manager level and beyond.
