The company:A family-owned company that supplies luxurious products to both domestic and international retailers.
Main duties:To provide outstanding support to the sales team and be the main point of contact for B2B clients in the UK and Europe.
The role:- To support the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and meeting customer requirements- To schedule meetings between dedicated sales representatives and clients- To handle all administration duties- To communicate with customers through email and phone - To support Sales Representative in managing orders and quotes from their valued customers- To coordinate the logistics of collections and deliveries by working closely with logistic and warehouse staff- To manage credit control for customers based in Germany- To attend the trade shows in the UK and Europe, to meet with clients and offer product support
The candidate:- Fluent in German (spoken and written)- Experience in sales administration or customer service would be beneficial- Computer literate- A good team player - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required- Excellent attention to detail is essential
