Job Type:Full-Time, Permanent.
Location:Cheshunt, EN8
Salary:£26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Schedule:Working 5 days per week, including every other Saturday.

We are a family run business that was established in Cheshunt in the year 1999 with the vision of providing honest and bespoke bathroom design and sales.
With a friendly team of people who take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience, regardless of whether the customer orders a basin tap or a full bathroom suite. We sell a huge range of good quality products including unique/bespoke designs and ex-display items (when making way for new ranges), as well as undertaking beautiful bathroom makeovers from start to finish. We are delighted to say that our team work in a supportive atmosphere and enjoy a close friendly working relationship with each other.
We are now looking to recruit a Showroom Sales Consultant to join their team, the ideal candidate will have experience with the bathroom industry and within a similar role.
Key Duties (but not limited too):
- Face-to-face sales negotiation
- Respond to sales enquiries in person, by phone, and electronically
- Meet or exceed customer expectations
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to successfully resolve problems
- Ordering materials and products from multiple suppliers to build a bespoke and unique bathroom for each customer
- Continually update/improve product knowledge
Proven product knowledge and presentation experience is an advantage
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in bathroom design and/or bathroom salesheavily preferred
- Must have retail sales experience and excellent customer service skills
- Good planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines/timescales
- Must be a team player
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Mature and credible to be able to represent the company in face-to-face visits/appointments.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and trustworthy
- Computer literate and able to use Google Docs, Sheets, and other software
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence
DIY skills would be advantageous
