You will receive exceptional training with ongoing support as well as a brilliant career progression pathway.The role will be based between 2 offices, so the ideal candidate must live local, have previous experience dealing with sales progression, or be a Sales Negotiator looking to progress to a Sales Progressor, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple cases at any one time.Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Progressor include:
- Basic £28,000 - £32,000
- Bonus scheme
- 4 to 5 day working week with possible consideration for 1 day a week working from home - no weekends
- 9am - 6pm

Key responsibilities for the role of the Sales Progressor include:
- Managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts
- Liaising with surveyors and solicitors
- Managing and advising clients on a regular basis throughout the process
- Advising clients on any negotiations should that be necessary
- Updating vendors on their sale and ensuring they are given the best possible advice in order to get them sold
- Recording and inputting information onto the database
The skills and experience required for the role of Sales Progressor include:
- Previous experience in a Sales Progressor or Sales Negotiator role
- Exceptionally well organised and literate
- Be able to manage the workload in a fast-paced environment
- Able to think strategically
- Excellent standard of written communication
- Client focused and target driven
- Good interpersonal skills
