Job Title: Field Service Technician (Semi-Skilled)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Purpose:A leading provider of innovative water filtration systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in technical work, whether they have completed an apprenticeship, gained hands-on electrical experience, or are looking to develop their skills further in a specialist industry.
Role Overview:The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining undercounter water systems at commercial premises across Central London. This role is ideal for those looking to build a long-term career with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and repair of water filtration units in commercial settings.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults efficiently.
- Managing a daily work schedule and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintaining van stock and inventory to ensure availability of necessary parts.
- Keeping technical knowledge up to date and completing mandatory health and safety training.
- Engaging positively with customers and representing the company professionally.
Person Specification:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic experience with hand tools (e.g., drill, jigsaw, multimeter) is beneficial.
- Understanding of electrical components and their functionality.
- A valid UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points, excluding dangerous or careless driving offences) with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Good English language proficiency.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check and any necessary site security clearances.
