Compliance Administrator

Join our established boutique Independent Financial Advisers and Discretionary Fund Managers team, committed to providing top-rate customer service and maintaining high levels of integrity. We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to help support our Compliance Director and Paraplanning team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage compliance, money laundering, and data protection tasks including due diligence and T&C oversight.
  • Conduct post-sale file checks, data reporting, and GDPR compliance.
  • Support the team with client valuations, paperwork preparation, and transaction processing on various platforms.
  • Assist with compliance documentation reviews and regulatory updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications
  • Experience in similar roles within an IFA/DFM environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent research, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of investment platforms.
  • Experience with IRESS XPlan preferred.
  • Committed to providing high levels of customer service.
