Key Responsibilities:
路 Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the objectives of the primary curriculum.
路 Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
路 Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported and encouraged to succeed.
路 Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods.
路 Provide timely feedback to students and parents on their academic progress and areas for improvement.
路 Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and share best practices.
路 Communicate effectively with parents to build strong partnerships and support students' learning at home.
路 Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and keep abreast of educational trends and research.
Qualifications and Experience:
路 Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE or equivalent).
路 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
路 Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
路 Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
路 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
路 Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
