Quantity Surveyor

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in premium industrial builds? We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality industrial developments on time and to budget.
 
About the Role:

You will be part of a project team delivering a large industrial unit build, which includes:
 
·Internal works
·External services
·Landscaping and external car park
The project duration is approximately 45-52 weeks, and the role will require expertise in cost control, procurement, and project coordination to maintain the company's high standards of quality and efficiency.
 
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
 
·Lead cost control and procurement for the project.
·Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
·Ensure compliance with contractual and institutional standards.
·Provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting.
·Manage value engineering initiatives to optimise project budgets.

Requirements:

Location: Based in Hertfordshire, with projects across the region.
