Pear Recruitment - Property Manager - Cheshunt

Salary - £30,000

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Driver & own car required

Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent who are looking for a Property Manager for their Cheshunt office. The successful candidate will work within a team of Property Managers looking after a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to work well in a team environment, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. Excellent communication skills and motivation are key attributes for this role.

As the junior Property Manager your duties will include:

  • First point of contact for Landlord & Tenants
  • Organising property maintenance
  • Submitting deposits
  • Check in & out appointments.
  • Inspections & inventories
  • Tenancy renewals
  • Gas safety renewals / EPC's
  • Chasing rent arrears
  • Section 21's

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of lettings legislation
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Professional and presentable
  • Computer literate
  • Driving licence and own vehicle
  • Arla Qualification desirable
