About the Deputy Care Manager Role

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play an essential part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a nurturing, high-quality environment for both residents and staff.

Deputy Care Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing administrative tasks such as staff training, inductions, and appraisals
  • Managing customer service and enquiry handling
  • Assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff
