- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to CQC standards and regulations to uphold quality care.
- Safeguarding Initiatives: Lead and actively participate in safeguarding initiatives to protect vulnerable individuals.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans and ensure seamless care delivery.
- Implement DoLS: Support the implementation of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) as necessary.
