Role Overview

Our client, a growing and well-established organisation, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting and advising clients throughout their journey with the company, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to clients, acting as their main point of contact
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience
  • Seek opportunities to reduce client costs while maintaining service quality
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate to meet client needs
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues within the team
  • Conduct site visits and oversee set-ups as required
  • Review and cross-check client invoices for accuracy
  • Analyse client reports and provide actionable insights

Experience Ideally Required for This Role

  • Proven experience in account management with a client-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage challenging situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
