This role focuses on supporting and advising clients throughout their journey with the company, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to clients, acting as their main point of contact
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience

  • Upsell additional services when appropriate to meet client needs
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues within the team
  • Conduct site visits and oversee set-ups as required
  • Review and cross-check client invoices for accuracy

Experience Required for This Role:

  • Proven experience in account management with a client-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage challenging situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify solutions
  • A personable and approachable demeanour, focused on making a positive impact
