Our client, a well-established Chartered Architectural practice in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Masterplanner who is a qualified RIBA Architect with a minimum of 5 years of live project experience in residential developments.
The role involves strategic design development and client interaction, with aspirations for the candidate to progress to managerial or director level.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Masterplanning, particularly with residential developments ranging from 5 to 500 units.
Responsibilities include leading the detailed design process, preparing NBS specifications, and overseeing construction record drawings.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Our client is a well established Chartered Architectural practice with offices in Surrey - they are looking for an experienced Masterplanner who is a qualified RIBA qualified Architect with live project experience of residential developments, experience of strategic design development and client facing - as ideally you will be aspiring to managerial / director level

They specialise in residential developments and other commercial projects in the South of England.

Offering space planning, interior design, landscape design and 3D visualisations. As the ideal candidate you will be looking to progress within the company to become chartered and be proficient with Masterplanning, ideally with experience of residential developments - up to 500 units.

Responsibilities; Understand the design aspects of a construction project influence and relate to performance and functional issues

Proficient with Masterplanning and ideally experience with residential developments- from 5 to 500 units. Lead the detailed design process and coordinate design information

PREPARING DETAIL DESIGN AND PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Assist the Senior Technician with the development of the detailed design proposals.

Help prepare NBS specifications for construction work.

Prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals.

POST CONSTRUCTION

Oversee the Construction Record drawings.

Leadership skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
