This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth progression of property sales from offer acceptance through to completion.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process, acting as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents.
  • Regularly update clients on the status of their property transactions, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to overcome any issues and keep the process moving efficiently.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during the conveyancing process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the progress of transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales progression role within an estate agency or conveyancing environment is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the conveyancing process and relevant legal documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
