- Regularly update clients on the status of their property transactions, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to overcome any issues and keep the process moving efficiently.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the progress of transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales progression role within an estate agency or conveyancing environment is essential.
