Head Chef - Busy Events Catering
Up to £45,000 + Service Charge | Candidates MUST Drive
We're seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a prestigious seasonal events venue. Busy period between March-September. Enjoy a dynamic role delivering fresh, seasonal menus for weddings, polo events, and brunches!

What You'll Do:
- Oversee all kitchen operations-menu planning, prep & service
- Deliver street food Fridays, brunch Saturdays & weddings
- Sunday lunch service (done by 5 PM!)
- Work closely with event teams to create standout dining experiences
Who We're Looking For:
- Event catering or large-scale function experience - REQUIRED!
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Full driving licence required (occasional driving involved)
