I am currently seeking a Nurse Qualified Registered Manager on behalf of one of the ‘top 20 large UK care home groups’ in the UK.  This is a stunning luxury home in beautiful North Surrey with future opportunity to commission expansion: Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
  • Overall day to day running of the care home 
  • Ensuring the highest standard of care 
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care and building positive relationships with stakeholders 
  • Managing budgets, ensure targets are met 
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to 
  • Recruitment, training and development of skilled staff 
  • Develop a marketing plan to promote the home effectively and maintain full occupancy 
  • Build relationships, communicate and respond effectively to the needs of families and residents 
  • Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice 
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment 
  • Strong Leadership skills  
  • Excellent decision making and organisational skills 
  • A clear understanding of CQC standards  
  • Previously registered with CQC 
  • RMN Active Pin preferable not required
