Mixed Signal Electronics Engineer

Murray McIntosh is currently recruiting for a Mixed Signal Electronics Engineer to work on a permanent basis for a client of ours as detailed below:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test of analogue and digital electronics.
• Support product design, integration, validation and handover
• Manage QA, including documentation, reviews, validation, change and configuration management
• Use experience, knowledge and understanding of integrated circuit interfacing and digital communication systems processor interfacing to successfully develop products.

Experience required:

• Analogue and digital circuit design experience (FPGA, micro controller interfaces, PCB schematic design, DSP & filtering).
• Proficiency in design, simulation & verification tools for FPGA-HDL design
• Well versed in working in an R&D environment
• Python scripting experience
• Strong knowledge around quality assurance relating to electronic product development
• Knowledge of VHDL or test benches (advantageous)
