We are currently looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our educational team. The role is based in Walton-on-Thames and offers a competitive salary ranging from £21,466 to £23,554 per annum, depending on your experience. Day to Day of the Role:

Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Provide cover for absent teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.
Support students with their academic progress and learning activities.
Utilise a range of educational resources to enhance the learning experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in classroom management, either as an unqualified teacher or cover supervisor.
Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available for this role).
Strong academic background and skills.
Willingness to obtain a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or already possess a DBS on the update service.
