As a Logistics Fulfilment Specialist you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Fulfilment Specialist

  • Logistics Coordination - Oversee short-term control of internal and external distribution networks to meet service level agreements.
  • Operational Optimization - Identify and address logistics capacity constraints while ensuring smooth transportation and delivery processes.
  • Data & Network Management - Maintain accurate logistics master data and determine the optimal setup for delivery networks and transportation.
  • Planning & Execution - Develop, communicate, and monitor logistics plans, process transport requests, and manage capacity requirements.
  • Monitoring & Issue Resolution - Track transportation activities, resolve logistics quality deviations, and ensure accurate invoice handling.

Key competencies of a Logistics Fulfilment Specialist

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office.
