We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our client. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator ā€¢ Handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesyā€¢ Scheduling meetings and managing team diariesā€¢ Greeting and welcoming visitors to our office with a friendly demeanourā€¢ Following up on sales leads to ensure customers have received their quotes and addressing any inquiries with a warm and helpful approachā€¢ Ordering office supplies, organizing conference calls, and booking meetingsā€¢ Maintaining and updating the CRM systemKey Competencies of a Sales Administrator ā€¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skillsā€¢ Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlookā€¢ Excellent customer service skillsā€¢ Organised with strong administrative skillsā€¢ Experience using a CRM systemDue to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
