As an Account Manager, you will:
- Manage approved car finance applicants exclusively—no cold calling!
- Engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure accurate application details and maintain 100% compliance with FCA regulations.
- Match customers to the best vehicle options within their budget and needs.
- Work alongside dealerships, admin teams, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Receive full training through an induction and onboarding program to become Catalyst qualified.
- Experience in car finance sales.
- Familiarity with Auto Convert or similar CRM software is a bonus (training provided!).
- Strong interpersonal skills—teamwork and collaboration are key.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
