This growing company are looking for a candidate that is passionate about sustainability and wants to make a difference, you will be a part of a growing company where there is scope to progress. As a Marketing & Operations Assistant you will be supporting the company with their operations and Marketing efforts you will be involved with the content creation, Marketing activities and be the first port of call for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  • Assist with creating engaging social media posts to promote services, initiatives and Events.
  • Draft marketing emails, ensure that content is inline with company branding.
  • Create and edit blog content.
  • Work with the wider team on SEO to improve search engine ranking and online visibility.
  • Manage online reviews

Operations Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Reply to customers via the online chat system.
  • Reply to enquiries on Social media messages and posts.
  • Work with the Warehouse team to coordinate collection.
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues and escalate when needed.
  • Record customer collections and interactions on inhouse system.
  • Assist with operations of department by proactively managing the bookings and scheduling of services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong communicator - written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and the ability to apply them to written content.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

This is a permanent role working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday there is parking or you can easily commute as they are close to a mainline station.
