This company is an exciting and fast-growing social media company dedicated to redefining how individuals engage with their favourite content. The business has seen huge growth over the last few years and based on greater demand within the whole business, we are now looking for an Office Manager / PA to Director to support the senior leadership team and ensure a smooth office operation.

Duties of the Office Manager / PA to Director:

This is a hybrid role that combines executive support to the Directors with office management responsibilities. You will be the right-hand person to the two main Directors in the business, handling scheduling, communication, and strategic support, while also overseeing the daily operations of a dynamic office environment. Key Responsibilities

PA to Director

  • Manage the Director’s diary, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Organisation of Events
  • Providing PA support to the Directors of the business for both work and personal requirements to include inbox and diary management, notes taking, recruitment, HR, travel and expenses.
  • Projects which may include sourcing and selecting new office premises, sourcing new suppliers, negotiating contracts, expanding headcount, new system rolloutsetc
  • Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence and filtering communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in special projects and confidential business matters.

Office Management

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a productive and well-organized workspace.
  • Payrolling, Invoicing, Payment Calculations to clients and supplier
  • Being a main point of contact for new clients to the business
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate team events, meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Support HR-related activities such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to come into a newly formed business and really own and shape the position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
