Description

Payroll Administrator (Temporary)

  • Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Creating and maintaining employees' payroll records
  • Calculating wages and deductions
  • Preparing payroll reports for management
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll issues

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator (Temporary) should have:

  • A strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
  • be available to start in January 2025
  • live locally and be a driver (as the office is hard to reach via public transport)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good numerical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
