Description
Payroll Specialist (Hybrid):
- Join an established payroll team to manage an inhouse Payroll of circa 2000 employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax deductions, benefits, and other deductions.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
- Manage payroll queries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.
- Stay updated on latest payroll tax changes and regulations.
- Coordinate with finance department for payroll cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and payroll regulations.
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) should have:
- In-house payroll experience
- end to end payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in payroll software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Job Offer
