Description

Payroll Specialist (Hybrid):

  • Join an established payroll team to manage an inhouse Payroll of circa 2000 employees.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax deductions, benefits, and other deductions.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Manage payroll queries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.
  • Stay updated on latest payroll tax changes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with finance department for payroll cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and payroll regulations.

Profile

A successful Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) should have:

  • In-house payroll experience
  • end to end payroll experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in payroll software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
