Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR
Location: Walton on Thames, KT12
Salary: OTE £60k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Sales Negotiator: We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a friendly, market leading independent Estate Agency with offices in Elmbridge, Surrey.
The role in question, based in Walton on Thames, would suit a candidate who can sell and who closes deals well while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in Estate Agency and be animated, ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain business relationships with the clients.
The Company: Our client is a premium brand independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Walton on Thames area
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local Walton on Thames / Weybridge area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
