SENIOR NEGOTIATOR/ NEGOTIATOR - WALTON - UP TO £20K BASIC DOE, UP TO £40K OTE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic team, based in Walton. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, enabling them to confidently negotiate deals from the outset. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:30 pm, Saturdays: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (working every other Saturday as part of a 5-day week schedule).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle negotiations with clients and other stakeholders effectively and professionally.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct viewings and provide potential buyers with accurate information about properties.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of market trends and local property values to provide informed advice.

Essential Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Negotiator or similar role.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the local property market.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software.
