What You'll Be Doing:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage and inspire a team of six retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee team schedules, holiday planning, and ensure operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence:

  • Take ownership of all store operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional environment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.

Business Growth & Development:

  • Drive footfall and brand visibility through local market engagement and strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships within the industry and local community to enhance customer engagement.
  • Organise and execute promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and a focus on results.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing a retail team, ideally in luxury or premium goods.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for sport or knowledge of the industry is a plus but not essential.
